Florida Graduation Pathways

Every senior deserves a pathway to graduation.

We don't sell generic software seats. We sell Graduation Pathways — a format-adaptive engine mapped to Florida B.E.S.T. standards that lets every student toggle between FAST, SAT, ACT, and CLT question formats from a single seat. One platform replaces three.

Why districts choose Graduation Pathways

Platform Consolidation

Stop buying four separate platforms. Our adaptive engine teaches the exact same Florida B.E.S.T. standard but lets the student toggle the question skin between a FAST grid-in, an SAT digital module, an ACT science passage, or a CLT logic format.

The Diagnostic Switch

If the data shows a student struggles with fast-paced ACT math but thrives on logic-based CLT math, the system notifies the teacher: "Switch this student to the CLT Pathway." Software that acts as an automated guidance counselor.

Fluid Licensing

Seats are active, reusable user slots. When a senior hits their concordant graduation score and exits the program, the teacher instantly transfers that exact digital seat to a new struggling sophomore. Districts never pay for dead licenses.

14-day free trial — card required, auto-renews after trial, cancel anytime
COPPA/FERPA & FL SOPIPA compliant — safe for school use
No prorated refunds — cancel anytime, access continues through the paid period

Pricing FAQ

What is a Graduation Pathway seat?+

Instead of generic software access, each seat is tied to a graduation pathway. A FAST Pathway Seat locks the adaptive engine to Florida FAST/EOC blueprints for first-time 9th and 10th-grade test takers. A Concordant Dynamic Seat unlocks all four test formats (FAST, SAT, ACT, CLT) and auto-shifts the question format based on what the student is registered for next — ideal for retakers and seniors chasing a concordant score.

Why is the Teacher Dashboard a separate fee?+

The Campus Foundation Fee ($1,500/campus/year) is a separate, required building fee that covers the Teacher Dashboard, B.E.S.T. lesson library, admin reporting, and live onboarding training. We decouple it from per-student seat pricing so your per-student rate stays clean and predictable — no hidden markup baked into every license. It also guarantees every campus gets a real rollout, even if a principal starts with only 40 remediation seats.

What are the minimum seat requirements?+

The FAST Pathway is designed for full course loads (100+ seats), but Founding Pilot partners may start at just 25 seats in year one with a multi-year commitment. The Campus Implementation Fee ($1,500/campus/year) is the real floor — it guarantees every account is worth onboarding. Schools with fewer than 25 remediation students are routed to the Concordant Dynamic Tier, where there is no seat minimum and seats are fluid and transferable.

How does Fluid Licensing work?+

Seats are active, reusable user slots. When a senior hits their concordant graduation score and exits the remediation program, the teacher instantly transfers that exact digital seat to a new struggling sophomore. Districts never pay for dead software licenses — every seat stays in use.

How does district pricing work?+

The District Enterprise Bundle offers unlimited format switches for every high school student in the district at a custom volume rate (as low as ~$12 flat per high schooler). A 2,500-seat district minimum commitment unlocks the lowest pricing tier and incentivizes district-wide adoption over individual principal-by-principal purchases.

Do you offer a free trial?+

Individual families and homeschool learners get a 14-day free trial with full features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the 14-day trial period ends. After the trial, your card is automatically charged for the first billing period and the subscription auto-renews until you cancel. Schools and districts join through our pilot program; contact us to learn about pilot availability in your area.

How does billing and cancellation work?+

The Family Plan is a recurring subscription that auto-charges your card on the same day each month (monthly plan) or year (annual plan) and auto-renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future renewals — you keep full access through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle, consistent with standard subscription billing practices.
