Every seat unlocks all four test formats (FAST, SAT, ACT, CLT) and the adaptive engine auto-shifts the question format based on what the student is registered for next. This is designed for students who have already attempted FAST and need to meet their graduation requirement through retakes or concordant scores.
Why is the Teacher Dashboard a separate fee?+
The Campus Foundation Fee ($1,500/campus/year) covers the complete teaching and intervention toolkit: the full Teacher Dashboard with on-demand admin reporting, B.E.S.T. lesson plans and mini-lessons personalized to each student's diagnosed gaps, on-demand personalized study sessions created by the ACE tutor, automated small-group action plans, and built-in self-paced onboarding. We decouple it from per-seat pricing so your per-student rate stays clean and predictable, and every campus gets the full toolkit regardless of how many seats you start with. Live onboarding training is available as an optional add-on, quoted separately based on your group size and preferred format.
What are the minimum seat requirements?+
There is no per-seat minimum — start with as few or as many remediation students as you have. The Campus Foundation Fee ($1,500/campus/year) is the real floor, and it covers the complete teaching toolkit: personalized lesson plans, on-demand personalized study sessions, automated action plans, and the Teacher Dashboard with on-demand admin reporting. Seats are fluid and transferable, so you can start small and scale up as your program grows.

Do you offer a free trial?+
Independent learners and homeschool families get a 14-day free trial with full features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the 14-day trial period ends. After the trial, your card is automatically charged for the first billing period and the subscription auto-renews until you cancel. Schools and districts join through our pilot program; contact us to learn about pilot availability in your area.
How does billing and cancellation work?+
The Independent Learner Plan is a recurring subscription that auto-charges your card on the same day each month (monthly plan) or year (annual plan) and auto-renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future renewals — you keep full access through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle, consistent with standard subscription billing practices.
How does billing work for schools and districts?+
Schools and districts are billed via purchase order or invoice on annual or multi-year contracts (the Founding Pilot requires a multi-year commitment). We do not auto-charge credit cards for institutional plans. Renewals and cancellations follow the terms of your signed agreement rather than self-serve subscription controls.
